Samuel seems to have died in Pennsylvania

Jacob was still alive in 1880

The only information for Samuel Provard in Wayne County is from index file for the Richmond Telegram Aug. 14, 1879 says

Samuel and John Provard fined..............

The microfilm for that date is missing from library today so no more can be found till the microfilm turns up.
