Benjamin Fort, Rev War veteran pension application,inWayne Co.IN 1838

An ancestor of mine, BENJAMIN FORT, was born 11-15-1753 and enlisted in the Rev War in Somerset Co., NJ in Co. of Capt. John Polhamis & Col. William Wines (sp?). On 3-17-1838 supposedly at about age 85 years "next November", Benjamin applied for a pension while living in Centerville, Wayne Co., IN. I am trying to find the following info: 1. Where is Benjamin Fort buried? Is it in "Cambridge" (or Cambridge City?) as one internet source has said, or was he buried in Centerville, Wayne Co., IN? 2. Is there a Rev War pension application from 3-17-1838 still in the Wayne Co., IN Courthouse? 3. Is Benjamin Fort's ancestry really accurate in that he is descended from a French Hugenot immigrant with ties to the first French Hugenot pastor serving the congregation at Liberty Church in NY City in the 1600's? 4. Has anyone secured DAR or SAR membership as a descendant of this Benjamin Fort? 5. If someone knows what cemetery contains the remains of Benjamin Fort, has anyone ordered a free government headstone acknowledging his military service? I did this for my Benjamin Wages ancestor in KY, and the woman investigating the request/application from me for a veteran's memorial headstone even added information about Benjamin Wages' wife, Mary, and their marriage date and place since it was for a veteran of the Rev War. 6. Is Benjamin Fort's wife also buried in the same IN cemetery wherever Benjamin Fort was buried, possibly in Wayne Co., IN in Centerville or "Cambridge"? I would love to hear from anyone living in the area who might have knowledge, access to records, or is also a descendant of this Benjamin Fort. Thank you for any assistance.
