BRISTOW FAMILY RESEARCHERS
Posted by: Glenna Davidson (ID *****5944) Date: June 15, 2003 at 23:47:13

Is anyone researching this line in Warrick County?

1850 Warrick Co.,Owen Twp.,Page 349

Widow Sarah,b.VA
1.Thomas James Bristow,b.1827 Pike Co.IN
2,Pleasant Green Bristow,b.15 Feb 1833,Warrick,IN
3.Jesse P. Bristow,b.1836,(My gg grandfather),Civil War,42nd Indiana Infantry,Co.D,b.IN
4.Minerva S or L Bristow,b.abt.,1838,IN
5.Joseph Bristow,b.abt 1844,IN
*There was a Joseph Bristow in the same company and unit as Jesse. I thought that he was Jesse's brother,so I ordered his file, also. The file shows that he was born in Marion Co.,and, his wife was Belle Evans. Belle gave the names of two children. Also,it gives the names of his parents as James Dunn and Sarah Dunn. Most of the information does not match what I have found on the web.)

I hope someone can help me in clearing this up.

You can contact me at my email address: km5tq@gbronline.com

Thanks
Glennna
