Thats my point our John Goodwine was not a Quaker nor did he marry Naomi Potter as evidenced by the Quaker records. The Quakers kept good records.

John the Quaker married 2nd Tacy Jones and remained married to her while our John Goodwine married and had children with Martha Heady. Martha and John's oldest Lydia, as you know, was born in 1770. John the Quaker married Tacy in 1777 and he died in 1783 (PA Archives)

John Goodwine and John married to Naomi Potter are two differnt men.
