I am seeking information about the family of James and Ruth (Vickers)Anderson. They first appear in the census of Warren Co. in 1860 with their children: William, Edward, Charles, Augustus, Howard, James and John.

James Anderson was born in Maryland or District of Columbia circa 1804. Ruth was born in Ohio circa 1812.

In 1850 (and several decades before) they were living in Clark Co., Ohio.
