Attention Corrine Cramer, Bill Frazier and others:
Corrine, you probably know by now that Zema was Zoma HOFFNER.She and David were married in Ohio---I can find
easily if you need where and when.
I think David may be a brother of my John FRAZIER b ~1781
Md (ref: 1850 Pleasant Tp, Madison Co, Ohio).John married
1804 Adams Co, Ohio Sarah "Sally" PUCKETT,b~1785 Va (same ref.)
John and Sally's daughter Nancy Eliza m1 Jacob DECAMP in
Highland County, and daughter Elizabeth FRAZIER m. James S.
BUSICK.Jacob DECAMP d. 1835.Sometime during that decade, the FRAZIERS, Nancy DECAMP and Elizabeth BUSICK
moved to Pleasant Tp Madison Co, Oh.All maintained
separate establishments, hence separate census listings.
In 1842 Madison Co, Nancy FRAZIER DECAMP m2 William KILE
by whom she had more children.Daughter Mary Catherine
DECAMP b 1831 Highland Co, OH m. James Biard ROWEN. The
Rowens moved to Pine Village, Warren Co, Ind where James
kept a general store. (I do have more information about
Nancy Frazier's son Martin F. DeCamp and her Kile children (who moved to the central part of the Nebraska-Kansas area), as well as Sally Puckett's siblings; father William Puckett who died Buford, Highland Co, Oh.John Frazier 1781 is a brick wall.)
There seems to be a connection between all those Fraziers,
possibly as well with James Frazier who married Elizabeth
Cade. They moved to Fountain Co, Ind.
Any information would be most welcome--and I would be
happy to help in any way I can.Sometimes it seems that
almost every Frazier on earth passed through Highland Co,
Ohio!Lots were probably related one to the other; how
is certainly a puzzlement!
My address should be displayed.Thank you!
