Biggs / Mains in Warren Co. 1850's

Looking for any info of James Biggs (YOB 1821 in Warren Co. YOD 1879 unknown location) married to Mary Ann Mains (YOB 1834 in Warren Co. YOD 1871 unknown location). They had 9 children with at least 3 dying in infancy. The 5th child was Ida Victoria Biggs (YOB 1860 in Watseka, Iroquois Co. Illinois) She married Samuel Alansing Tunks in 1876 in Watseka, Illinois to become my paternal gr-gr-grandparents.
