If you're still looking for this information, I've been told it was in the north end of Terre Haute, at 5th Avenue and N. 13th Street. There is a Dairy Queen there now. I have a photo, if you're interested. E-mail me and I'll e-mail it to you. Another way you can find out about this orphanage is to contact the Sisters of Providence at Saint Mary of the Woods (just a few miles from Terre Haute). They ran the St. Ann orphanage (it started out as a hospital) and would have archival information. That's where I got the photo. They do charge money for copies.
