I recently did some research on the Chauncey Rose Home,it was located at 25th street and Wabash Ave. looking for information on Helen Mayfield and her sister and brothers.. I went to the historical society there in Terre Haute to check to see if they had any information of the children that stayed there, but, all I was able to locate were some picture of The Rose Home, nothing on the children.. I did locate Helen though and three of her brothers at an orphanage in Plymouth, Indiana called Brightside Home For Children...
