Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

I have a 1900 plat map of Fayette Twp, Vigo Co at http://www.rootsweb.com/~invigo/fayette.jpg. It's rather large, but I wanted viewers to be able to read it. When it first starts loading, you'll see Libertyville in the top left corner. Shirkieville isn't shown, but there is a rectangle for Shirkie Coal Co just east of Libertyville. For the record, it's spelled Shirkieville.
