This was found in the Lafayette Journal & Courier of Monday, Nov.13, 1972
Harry H. Cook, 62, of 2604 Kickapoo Drive, a native of Lafayette, was dead on arrival at Home Hospital at 4 p.m. Sunday. He had been in failing health one year.
His marriage in 1955 was to Marie Bennett and she survives.
He was a truck driver for Verplank Concrete and Supply Co. for 20 years, retiring a year ago.
Mr Cook was a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, local 543.
Surviving with his wife is a daughter by a former marriage, Patricia Cook of California.
