From the 1850 census: Page 54,Lafayette 1st Ward, Tippecanoe County, IN:

Insley, Joseph A. (39-PA), Hotel Keeper-Lafayette House
He is with wife Mary (29-PA) and children Mary (10-IN); Ellen (6-IN and John (2-unk.?.

I am looking for information on this family and their hotel, The Lafayette House. Does anyone know where they came from in PA or who they descend from? Would also appreciate any information on family after 1850.
Thanks,

Michael Little
