Kendrick, David to Myrtle Fulghum, 20 June 1910, Bk.14, Pg.329 Believe Myrtle was most likely married to Cecil Fulaham prior to the marriage to David. Her maiden name is most likely "Engle".
Kendrick, Sadie to Urie Decker, 4 Sept 1904, Bk.12,Pg. 510 Sadie M. Decker to Homer Engle, 10 Sept 1910, Bk.14, Pg.362. Ladah M. you find listed on 1910 census which was taken 22 April and living in household with Amelia, is probably Sadie M., the record fits for it to be her, plus she did not marry Homer Engle until after the census was taken.
Believe Isreal Kendrick is the one and same as Charles I. Kendrick who married Opal Moore 6 Nov 1910. You will find this couple 1920 census Ed.#180, Sh.# 1, Ln.# 3, Vigo, Linton Township, Indiana. Charles and Opal are living with Melvin Moore and wife, which are the parents of Opal.

Deckard, Mariam(?) given name hard to read, age 14, b. Indiana, listed as niece.
Dean, Lloyd, 19, b. ILL, listed as cousin
Also found a marriage record from David Kendrick to Grace Fredrick in Vigo county, Indiana. The marriage applications for Vigo county are online and David gives his parents as George H. Kendrick and Ameila Miller. He also states he has never been married before, find that hard to believe.

Opal Moore Kendrick, age 70, died 27 July 1963.
