Barb, I don't know if I have gotten new stuff since we last talked or not, but do have some on this James Jefferson and the other Purcells. I just know it has been quite awhile since we shared so if you want I can send you what I have so you can see if there is more now. I got some of my information from a man named Jack, I lost his email address when I had computer problems but his email address was bonnie something. Have you exchanged information with him in the last year or two? If so you probably have what I have? I have been to Sullivan County Indiana Library, and the cemetery there where Edward the REV WAR Edward is buried and gotten information from there and pictures of the stone.

I am a descendent of:

Edward Purcell and Ann Hampton
Edward Purcell and Abigail Williams
James Purcell and Catherine Reedy
Owen Franklin Purcell and Susan Jane Moore
Mary Ellen Purcell and Elihu Bolton

Most of this being from Sullivan County Indiana and Crawford County Illinois, the Lawrence County Illinois for Mary Ellen and Elihu Bolton after their marriage, they were married in Lawrence County Illinois in 1882
