My John C. Campbell lived in Ringgold, Jeffferson Co., IN in 1850 then moved to Morrow and Crawford Co., OH until the Civil war started. He was injured and went AWOL and moved to Steuben Co., IN. His first wife was Elizabeth Stanton or Stantley and they had 12 children...when he left her. He married Anne M. Berriman 6 NOV 1870 in Steuben Co., OH. He was born about 1817 and died 1898. His oldest son was Obadiah Alexander Campbell born 23, 1843 in Ringgold, PA. Oldest daughter was Almira Mellissa Campbell.
