Jennifer, thank you for contacting us regarding Delbert R. Fear. You are our only real family contact. We keep a record of Delbert's military information and will be pleased to share it and the grave photos at Manila. All are free with no surprises. I am a former veteran of the Vietnam War and upon visiting the memorial, the thought of contacting a few families occured to me. Since then we have sent photos to hundreds of photos to families, friends and neighbors and proud to say we have sent the free photos to 204 of the nearly 1000 men honored in the Philippines.

All are free and we only request any additional info your family maybe have about Delbert and hopefully a scanned photo of him in uniform in which we can display on our website honoring him further. Please contact us at:

zenas5@yahoo.com

We have attempted to send a test message to your email address posted here. Again, the photos are free and we are anxious to hear from you.
