David and Mary Pearce Tuel, Leander and Martha Pearce McQuery

Seek information on David Tuel and his spouse, Mary Pearce, daughter of Colville Pearce of Shelby Co., IN. Mary was born 18 March 1833. Reportedly this couple resided in Rush County. They signed a receipt for Mary's share of inheritance in 1863 from her late father.

Her sister, Martha Pearce, b. 1835, married Leander McQuery. Not sure if this is a Rush Co., couple but I think a pioneer named Josiah Query resided along the Orange Twp., Rush Co., line with Adams Twp., Decatur Co.

Mary and Martha's three sisters, Samantha (Milburn) Higgins, Sarah E. (Geo.) Thomas, and Phoebe A. (Wilson T.) Corwin's families migrated to the Effingham and Shelby Co., Illinois area between 1863 anbd 1867 it appears. I have not learned if Mary and Martha's families did the same.

Would like to no if there is burial/cemetery information on this couple, especially the Tuels, as they were most likely the couple to stay in Rush Co., IN.

Thank you for any data. I am a descendant in the Pearce family.
