Who owns the Arlington grain elevator?

Does anyone know who owns or owned the Arlington Grain Elevator? And if it's still standing--what may have happened to the contents of the office? My grandfather said that the owner at one time was the father of Carl Myer Hutchinson and then Carl after his father died. He said that the father of Carl used to take pictures of people in the community going about their daily business and then would hang them on the walls of his office. There were pictures of my great grandfather, Clessie Benton Tribby, doing business from his huckster wagon (he was also a veterinarian and bought supplies at the elevator)and I would dearly love to have those pictures or at least a copy. Any info anyone can give would be greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,
Melissa Woolard
