Have you had any luck with Alva? His sister Ella Rachel Randall (aka Rachel Ella) is my great grandmother. She married Thornton E. Freeman. I have been trying to find their parents and any other siblings. My grandmother's family Bible said their parents were Peninah Ford and William Randall. It also said that they possibly had two more brothers. I would be happy to share any information I have on the family.
