I've been searching for John A. Stout's family and I haven't been able to make any connections between the families that lived in this area and his name.
All I know about him is that he may have been born in Wayne County, Indiana between 1858 to 1864 and that he married Anna L. Slick from Randolph Co., In, and that he lived in Richmond, Indiana for many years. He moved to Poca, West Virginia about 1910? and died there in 1926. I have collected tons of data on Stout families in this area and would be glad to share this with anyone. I would also be thrilled if I could find out who his parents and other family members were.
