I am very much interested in the data you have on the Johnsons who lived in the Hawbottom Road area of Frederick County, MD. The patriarchs are Thomas Johnson, 1712-1778, and his wife Mary Rogers. They had seven children: Henry, John, Thomas, Joseph, Mary, Martha, and Robert. Joseph's children, John & Jacob, migrated to Randolph County, IN, via OH, and their families were the Johnsons who had a very large reunion in 1904 in Randolph County. John & Jabob's father, Joseph Johnson, born in 1740, is one of 35 persons buried in the Johnson Family Cemetery off Hawbottom Road in Frederick County, MD. The Hawbottom Johnsons are not connected to the Governor Thomas Johnson line whose descendants lived Frederick County, MD, much later in time.
It is purported that the Union City area was the site of the reunion. It is purported that the local newspaper reported the reunion.

Dave, or any knowledgeable person, respond to me at my e-mail address ( with anything about this reunion. Is it possible to retrieve a reprint of this 1904 story? Do I have an option to hire a Randolph County facilitator to exchange letters with?
