Regarding the marriage of Joseph Lemon McCorkle and Jane Martin:
I have a copy from the Putnam County, Indiana - Marriage Book "O" - pgs 241-242. It states the date of August 9, 1841 and says something about "???? Taylor sworn Identified_______ certificate - guardian __________ present gave consent _______". The information is right on the page crease and I cannot read it. I am trying to find out the parents of Jane Martin. Any help is greatly appreciated.
