Westchester and Coffee Creek areas of 1860 Isbey/Hylander

Can someone tell me what area of Porter County, Westchester and Coffee Creek would be in today? I am researching Anders and Inga Lovisa (Hylander) Isbey who came to U.S. in 1853 and appear first in the 1860 census in Westchester.
