1830 marriage record /Norton/ if so, how to obtain copy?

I am looking for a marriage record for Jeremiah NORTON and his wife Elizabeth. Robertson ? Robinson? for 1830 in Perry Co. IN. I can't figure out why they went to IN to get married when they lived in Norton's Valley, Breckinridge County, KY but I heard they did. If this record indeed exists how can I go about getting a copy and does anyone know the fee for this service?
