Luxembourgers/Belgians in Perry County

I am trying to trace a Joseph Schneider family who lived in Indiana for awhile before moving west to Minnesota. Joseph and Margaretha SCHNEIDER had several children born to them while living in Indiana between about 1850-1864. Then they moved to Minnesota. I am hoping they may have been in Perry County, as the book "Luxembourgers in the New World" mentioned Perry County as a place of settlement for "Belgish-Luxembourgers". The town of Leopold was settled by Luxembourgers from Belgium. Can anyone advise me about this?
