Indiana Marriage Records, this is possibly Ivy Edward Martin.

Name:       Nettie Wade
Spouse Name:       Ivy E Martin
Marriage Date:       6 Aug 1891
Marriage County:       Daviess
Source Title 1:       Daviess County, Indiana
Source Title 2:       Index to Marriage Record 1850 - 1920 Inclusive Vol
Source Title 3:       W. P. A. Original Record Located: County Clerk's O
Book:       7
OS Page:       301

Birth records list Ed, Edward as father.
I find births for the following children of this couple (just a quick search):
Allen Martin, 23 Jan 1895
Male, 30 Mar 1897
Male, 16 Jan 1902
Male, 16 Apr 1904 (most likely Hiram Densford, date on marriage 1903 but day/month are same)
Lela M. 31 Jul 1909
Difficult family to track. Ivy Edward WW1 Record lists Maggie as wife.
Tree online lists Maggie as second wife and some of the children listed above. Hiram is not listed, but not all of those listed above are listed and there are 2 additional.

There is a death record for a Nettie Martin in Terre Haute, 16 Nov 1909 (book CH-51, page 19, City Health Office, Terre Haute).

Sorry no burial for Bernice Fulk Martin, yet.
I am not related.
Hope this helps, Donna
