1920 Owen County, Indiana, Health Department Fire - Fact?

I've been told that there was a fire in 1920, that destroyed all of the records contained in the Owen County Health Department, death certificates ect...

I'm unable to find any information on the web that would confirm this, so I'm wondering if there is anyone who can verify, or debunk this story.
