Looking for g-grandpa's sibling?

Jacob C McCloughan b.6/30/1863 in Wolflake, Noble co. Ind. father & mother in 1860 census living at wolflake. Wasn't able to find any other census with family until 1880 Jacob 17 years old was living in Sumner Webster co. Iowa, he was living with family as a servant. He died 1929 his obit. said he was survived by two sisters & one brother (my question is how do I find the names of his sisters & brother) Does anyone have an idea what records are other way of finding this info. Thanks for any Help. Scott
