ANY help appreciated!
I am looking for information about a Kenneth Bell. I do not know when he was born, but was living in Peru, IN about 1958. His wife is Sheryl. (sp). They had four children who were put out for adoption. These children want to find their parents, due to health purposes.
Please help us.
