I have long thought there might be a distant relationship of families between my Mom and Dad. Many of your surnames are on my mother's side of the family, Willy/Willey/Woolley/Wolley/Wooley/Wiley/Worley/etc is my mother's maiden name. Crowder is my Dad's side.
Cora Crowder is my g-grandmother, she married Clarence Overmyer/Overmeyer/Overmier/Obermayer/etc born 1861 in Lindsey, Sandusky, OH. They had 10 children. I, again, am in the mist of moving and I only have their sheet in front of me for the family.
I know my grandmother was living in MI for awhile and is buried there. She and my father's Dad lived in Toledo, OH for many years, and when Grandma died she was living there.
This is just a suggestion of another source you might try. Sandusky is straight east from Toledo.
I know the Obermayer line is online, so it may be beneficial for you to check it for other family. That's John Jacob Obermayer or John George Obermayer.
Now the Wiley side, are everywhere. My g-grandfather George H Woolley/Wiley/etc b 1854 (twin) m E. R. Neal/Neely b 1855. They are buried in Auglaize Co., OH. My mother was raised in Lima, Allen Co., OH. One of her sister's was born in Shelby Co, OH.
Thomas Wiley and Rhoda Dorsey b 1826 married in Shelby, OH
Ella Elizabeth Wiley/Woolley 1848 m Roswell Covault/Covalt/Colbert in Logan, OH.
I don't know if any of these are related, but it could give some idea of locations.
Good Luck,
