How to get Allen Co. death information

My great grandmother died in a Ft. Wayne hospital, May 7, 1911. How can I obtain the document with the names of her parents? I know her husband's name, am not sure of her father's name and don't know her mother's name.

Without this information I cannot order a Death Certificate which might not tell me what I want to know.
