Your welcome, yes generally State Libraries will carry all the papers from around the state. I understand that Fort Wayne is a pretty large town they should have the papers. Direct your request to the Refrence Department of the Indiana State Library.
I had a family member who died in Richmond Indiana and the State Library was able to find his obituary and email it to me.
I don't know where you live, but the Indiana state Library does have a website. And you can email your request for the obits that way also.
