I don't know if you have the 1860 census for them - it didn't sound like you did so here it is.

1860/IA/Jackson/Perry
Jno. R. Baker 60 farmer NJ
Margaret Baker 45 NJ
Erol? Baker 22 male PA
Jas. Baker 19 OH
Philip Baker 10 IN
Josephus Baker 8 male IA
Frank Pierce 6 IA
Hiram Pierce 3 IA

1856 IA State Census - Jackson Co, Perry Twp
Years in Iowa : 5
John R Baker 56 male married PA shoemaker
Margret Baker 38 married NY
Charles Baker 22 PA
John E Baker 17 PA
James H. Baker 14 IN
Philip E Baker 5 IN
Joseph Baker 4 IA
Franklin P Baker 1 IA

Since they were in Sac Co in 1870 you might try one of the volunteers on the site below who have cemetery records for Jackson Twp - they might have a listing for John or Margaret.
