According to some of the Census records...Eliza's parents were born in VA. I sensed that when I saw she named one of her children Texas Virginia. I believe I found her with her parents in Hunt Co. TX Precinct #4

They are listed as follows:
1880 Hunt Co. TX Census

Lilburn( Lilbun) Stone 29 Farming VA/TN/TN
Frances 27 VA/VA/VA
Sarah 9 MO
Eliza 6 MO
Ivey 4 MO
Susan 2 MO

Father's name is hard to read..

Since you have Eliza's actual birthdate...have you looked for her birth record? This was the ONLY thing I found with reference to an Eliza/Elisa Stone that was born in MO.
