Photo-Millette & Teboe Artists taken 1890 in IN or OH??

I have a photo of William C. Perry b 1875 taken in an indian outfit in either Indiana (Allen or Adams Co.) or Paulding Co. Ohio area. The photo has the names Millette & Teboe Artists at the bottom.

Does anyone have any record of where this Millette & Teboe photo studio was located??

I am trying to find out more information about William Comadore Perry Jr.'s father who was born in 1851 in Ohio and maybe this will be a clue. His mother was Josephine Jones and the 1880 census says that he was born in IN and was 5 years old at the time. I found their marriage 1876 in Allen Co., IN., but they must have divorced..
