Think I finally found her:

1900/IN/Hendricks/Center/ED27/p.123b
Forley, Henry/head/Oct1857/42/marr20yrs/KY KY KY/farme hand
Forley, Susan/wife/Aug1858/41/marr20yrs/4ch-2liv/KY KY KY/laborer
Forley, William/son/Jun1882/17/single/KY KY KY/at school
Forley, Matty/dau/Jul1887/12/OH KY KY

I have not been able to find them in 1910.

Could this be Mattie in 1930? Her age is off but that is not unusual.

1930/IN/Marion/Indianapolis/ED33
Olmstead, Ed/head/52/married@47/IN US US/laborer
Olmstead, Martha/wife/37/married@32/KY KY KY
Emery, Jennie/stepdau/15/IN IN IN
Emery, Dorthy/stepdau/14/IN IN IN
Emery, Helen/stepdau/11/IN IN IN

there were too many Emery families in 1920 to find her without your grandfather's name.
