I found him in the 1930 census living in Kokomo in the home of Alice J. Tudor, and he is listed as her brother-in-law. He's married (for 4yrs by 1930) but I don't believe his wife is in the household. I can't find him in IN in 1910 but 1900 and 1910 censuses only list the head of the household. I have checked most of the IN homes in 1910 and he isn't there. I've checked all the homes in Cass county in 1900 and 1910. I also checked for any Beebe families living in Logansport in 1920 but none had the address you gave. Do you know his death date? His death certificate may be your best option.
