BEYLER fam. Dossenheim, Alsace to Stark Co., OH, 1831 to Marshall Co., IN 1839
am looking for information about BEYLER siblings: Adam Beyler (b. 15 Apr 1825) , Jacob Beyler (b. 6 Dec 1821), George Beyler (b. ca. 1814), Marguerite (or Margaret) Beyler (b. 22 Feb 1823), their parents & any additional siblings or relatives.
The Beyler family immigrated from Dossenheim, Alsace to Starte Co., Ohio, U.S.A. in 1831. They lived in Stark Co., Ohio until about 1839 or 1840 and them moved to Marshall Co., IN, U.S.A., where these siblings spent the rest of their lives. I have no information on parents names, dates, etc. or names & dates of any other potential siblings.
Here's what I do have so far.
Adam Beyler's obit (b. 15 Apr. 1825, d. 1887)

states that he was born in "Dusenhime, Germany" and "came to this country in 1831." His obit. also mentioned that he was survived by "two brothers and a sister...." There may be additional siblings were born in Stark Co., OH or even in Marshall Co., IN.
Another curious fact I noticed in Adam Beyler's obit was the statement: "He [Adam Beyler] united with the German Evangelical church at an early date...." This is a clue that Adam Beyler (and his siblings) may have been born into a different denomination OTHER than Evangelical.
I did find a couple of VERY early Valentinus Beylers from the mid 1700s that were Catholic. One of Adam's son's name is "Valentine Beyler."

2 children of George & Rebecca Beyler
Eliza Beyler m. Henry Weiss
Henry Beyler
Marguerite Beyler Heim (b. 22 Feb 1823, d. 6 Jul 1909). Her obit. states that she was born in "Alsace" "and came with her parents to Stark County, Ohio at the age of nine years old. Soon after 1840 the family came here [Marshall County, IN]." The dates don't EXACTLY match, up but they are so close, they warrant more investigation.
Her obit states that her only surviving brother at the time of her death in 1909 was J.J. Beyler. The Jacob Beyler above lived until 1912. George Beyler preceded his wife, Rebecca in death (she died in 1895). Adam Beyler died in 1887.
