My grt grandmother Clara Ida Shone married Vernon Boggs of Indiana on 10 Dec 1936 after
Vernon's previous wife Alice Wisely died in 1935. Vernon Boggs was Clara Ida's 4th
husband. Vernon Boggs and Alice Wisley had at least two children :
"Survivors are the husband and two daughters, Mrs. Clayton ROBINSON, Newcastle, and Mrs.
Harry WHITE, Peoria, Ill. " from obit below.
I would be interested if anyone has any additional info on Vernon B. Boggs/Clara Ida Shone.
or children of Vernon Boggs/Alice Wisely.

Mrs. Alice [WISLEY] Boggs, aged 50, who lives on a farm two and a half miles northeast
of Argos, died at 7 o'clock Thursday evening in the Woodlawn Hospital from complications
which developed after an operation which was performed Monday. The deceased had been in ill
health for a year.
Mrs. Boggs was born near Start City and had lived in the Argos community since she was a
small child. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs George WISLEY. Her husband in Vernon Boggs.
Survivors are the husband and two daughters, Mrs. Clayton ROBINSON, Newcastle, and Mrs.
Harry WHITE, Peoria, Ill.
The funeral services will be held from the Grossman Funeral Chapel at Argos at 2 p.m.
Sunday. Burial will be made in the Oak Hill Cemetery at Plymouth.
