Would like very much to contact descendants of Ruben Chase (1833 - 1912)in Indiana and/or Michigan. Ruben married Elmira Rude and had 5 children: Mira E., Hattie P., Stephen L., Edgar L., and Sarah E. His son, Stephen L. Chase and wife Louella had 4 children: Mabel A., Lewis J., Anna L., and George H. The 1900 LaPorte census lists Stephen Chase as a grocer in Union Township. Ruben Chase was also my great grandfather.
