The best place to start is the County Clerk's office in the courthouse in
LaGrange. That phone number is 260-499-6368. Another is the county
library which has a room dedicated to genealogy and related searches.
The LaGrange Title Co., across street from library and courthouse, has
a book of old marriages and extensive records of old property, wills,
and other legal paperwork on properties.
