Received your mail. I have additional info on Osiah and the Palmer family. His son Charles Lee is bur. in Madison,AL Cemetery. He was born October 6, 1869 and died August 27, 1870. I'm sorry to say his marker is broken and lying on the ground. We are trying to get the city to repair all of these that are damaged, but so far without success. There is one marker with these names on it: PALMER,Samuel, Nancy Jane PALMER. The other names are: Iva, William, Alice, Octavia, Roy, and Lee PALMER.No dates. Also have a copy of an old letter written by Osiah to his brother, Samuel
PALMER, written on Sept.14th 1870 that is interesting. I you would send me your address
will be glad to mail it to you. I would love to see the original copy. The letter was addressed to Samuel PALMER, Dalton, Wayne Co. Ohio.
