I am looking for info on a John Adams 1797-1856 who was a pioneer in Johnson Co. He settled near Amity around 1820 with his wife Margaret Burnett 1798-1863. He had brothers named George,Elisha-married Mary Martha Burnett,McClellan and Hall Adams. John and Margaret had a son named Alban Housley Adams 1823-1902 married Elizabeth Thomas Stange 1825-1911. They were married Oct. 14,1847. Can anyone possibly help me? Been looking for around three years for lots of different info and only finding bits and pieces.
Thank,
Sarah Adams Rymer
