Old Letters - Jennings County

We have 15 old letters, written by a Jennings County resident of the Scipio and Vernon area. The letters cover the Civil War years between the 1859 to 1865. The letters have been transcribed from the originals and we have them all typed out (on MicrosoftWord program) keeping the original spelling and punctuation as close as possible.
The letters are filled with many local names (and some gossip) of that time and place and are very interesting and informative. They amount to 20 typewritten pages.

Does anyone know where, how and even if I should make these letters available to the Jennings Co. genealogy researching public?
Anyone who can answer this question I would appreciate it if you would please contact me by email - ASAP.
