Mt. Pleasant is not per se in Canaan. It is a couple of miles or more from Canaan.

The nearest newspaper is the Madison Courier.

I would highly doubt there is a full-time caretaker. The closest you'd get would be whoever cuts the grass.

My question is what do you hope to get from a caretaker? I think I can refer you to someone who is a member who lives nearby.
