Jinkens, Henry and Catherine, OH<IN 1856

I am looking for information on Henry and Catherine Jinkens who moved from Darke County, OH to Jay County, IN in 1856. They resided near what was known at that time as Fairview and are buried in the church cemetary there. Later they moved to Redkey where Henry died in 1892. They were members of the Brethren Church and may have owned a sawmill in the Fairview area. Their children were Eliza, William, James, Adah, Reuben, Catherine, Isaac (all children of Henry's first wife, Mary) and Jeramiah, Allen, Theophilus, Lunis, David, and Mary.
I am especially interested in knowing who Henry's parents were and information about the sawmill.
Thanks for any information, Mary
