from The Republican (Danville, Indiana)--issue of Thursday, June 3, 1976--page 8, column 3:

Inez (Berlin) Mynatt
Inez (Berlin) Mynatt, age 82, Hazelwood, died, May 28, in the Hendricks County Hospital. She was born Oct. 12, 1893, in Bridgeport. In 1911 she was married to Earl Mynatt, who preceded her in 1957.

Mrs. Mynatt was a life-time resident of Hazelwood. She was a member of the Hazelwood Christian Church, Martha's Aid, Hazelwood Community Circle, Hendricks County Home Economics Club and the Hazelwood Auxiliary Fire Department.

She is survived by four sons, Slyvan of Hazelwood, Delbert of Indianapolis, Donald and Earl Jr., both of Plainfield; two daughters, Mrs. Maxine Shular and Mrs. Imogene Gibbons, both of Hazelwood. Other survivors include 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Services were Tuesday in the Hazelwood Christian Church with the Revs. Dannie Adams and Robert Norton officiating. Burial was in the Clayton Cemetery. Weaver Funeral Home, Clayton, was in charge of arrangements.

Hope this helps.
