1870 Census shows William Hancock age 10 living with Phebe Hancock age 45 and several other children, town of Danville.

I also have a William M Hancock/Mary Cline wedding in 1879/80 in Fountain Co. William M does not show up in Fountain Census prior to 1880. Can these 2 Williams be the same? Hoping there are other William researchers out there who can give me an assist with this!
