Went to the Danville Library and found him listed in the White Lick Baptist Cem. just outside of Pittsboro. Went to the cemetery and wandered around. Most of the old stones are not readable, so I did not find the one that belonged to him. The index at the library said that on the stone it says, died 1845, aged 65y 11mo, 19 days. I did see a stone that said Parkes it was for a 9 year old boy, I believe his name was Joshua, didn't have paper to write the name down.
