Hello I have Case in my family,

I married a McKnight and Wilma Case married a McKnight

Wilma Ilene Case lived where camp windigo is now. the house stood on the other side of the camp gate, and Grandpa would court her under the big oak, on a swing. its no longer standing but the tree is big as ever.

our church family which is her family goes and camps there every other summer. this year we are camping there.

Wilma is no longer with us, she passed away in 1998 on thanksgiving, after every dish was dried and tables were cleand off. that was when she passed. the family was there that year and we had thanksgiving there. that was her favorite time of year. all the family would always get together at thanksgiving.

well anyway, when my grandmother died in 2001 mom was going thru all her leagal things and seen the deed and when the house was exchanged through different owners, and we found a Case in the ownership of the home and Grannys home is 114 w 8th st matthews in.

she lived there for over 14 years.

back totha case family we have hazelbakers in the family too, i think a hazelbaker married a case, I am a little shaddy on the family, i ve been working on the pierce, mcknight and Brees family, and of course its all family.

i hope either you could help or someone else can.

chasity mcknight
